We are a local family run company without large overhead & large shipping costs. So while the big names pay huge costs for advertising, shipping the water to local facilities for distribution, etc (and of course they pass those costs to you!), we believe in taking care of our customers and those that work for us. I am buying my water at the local box stores. How will benefit from your company?
That's an easy one. 1) We are less expensive per bottle and its delivered to you! No more lugging them around and we save you time and money. 2) We only deliver it when you need it and we pick up your empties so you don't have to return them to the store. 3) Our water is better and fresher! Ask your self these questions... How long as it been sitting on that shelf? How long was it in a warehouse before it got there? How long after it was bottled did it get to the warehouse? The answers are not good ones! Our water is bottled when you order it and delivered to you as fresh as possible! 4) Do they give you 1 Month of Free Water?
How do I start service and how quickly can I get my service started?
One of our friendly representatives will work with you to schedule the earliest delivery date possible (normally with 24 to 48 hours if needed). Then we begin service with 5 - 5 Gallon bottles (or more if desired) on the initial order. After that we will call you monthly to see if you need a delivery or you can simply call or email us when you want more delivered, (no monthly order required) and we will deliver them to you promptly. On the first order, there is a bottle deposit fee of $8 for each bottle. This is a refundable fee whereby if you ever discontinue service, simply return the bottles to us in usable condition and the the $8 deposits are refunded back to you promptly.
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
No Problem!!! We can leave the bottles wherever you’d like – backyard, front door, side of house, in the garage – where is more convenient for you? Also you can leave your empties out and we can take them as well!
How often do you deliver and do you deliver to my area?
We offer weekly deliveries. Whenever you need it we will deliver it to you promptly. Click here for our delivery coverage area!
Is there a commitment period or an agreement?
The our service does not require any type of commitment time or contract. You can cancel and stop service at anytime!
We feel very strongly that once you try our water and our service, you’ll be hooked! So we don't need a contract!
Are your bottles compatible with my dispenser?
Our bottles are compatible with virtually every type of dispenser that is available on the market today.
Why should I rent or purchase one of your dispensers?
Whether you rent/purchase a dispenser from us or choose to provide your own dispenser is totally up to you. We have selected the best, most reliable coolers on the market to rent and sell. Either way it is up to you. Rent, Buy or provide your own and well bring the water!
Do you supply water coolers / dispensers?
Yes. We charge a small nominal fee to rent a cooler. We also sell coolers or you can provide your own. Some bigger water companies charge a delivery fee, and make you sign a contract for at least a year which usually requires you to purchase a certain amount of water monthly, whether you need it or not. We don't require any of those things. Either way we have your covered and you can cancel at Anytime!
What happens if I run out of water before my next scheduled delivery?
Call Us or Email Us immediately, the sooner you contact us the sooner we can deliver you more water promptly! Free Delivery of Course!
Is there a minimum for delivery?
There is normally bottle minimum for free delivery. However we have been known to make exceptions. Also there is No Monthly purchase requirements so you won't get a delivery or pay for one unless you need it and order it! Wow that's different huh!
Can you explain bottle deposits to me? Do you charge deposits each delivery?
Bottle deposits can be very confusing. To keep things simple, on the first order, there is a bottle deposit fee of $8 for each bottle. This is a refundable fee whereby if you ever discontinue service or simply return the bottles in usable condition and the deposits are fully refunded. If we deliver you 5 bottles on your next delivery and you give us 4 empties then we add 1 bottle deposit to your bill. Once you return the bottle back we will credit you the $8.00 on your bill. Also if we deliver 5 bottles and you give us 6 empties then we will credit you $8.00 on your bill. So rest assured you will get your deposits back!

How will you bill me?

Do your bottles have built-in handles?
Yes! We always use bottles with handles.They are simply the best – easy and convenient for everyone. Bottles with handles not only help to prevent back injuries, but they also greatly reduce bacteria from forming around the neck of the bottle, since peoples hands are using the handle and not the neck of the bottle. It’s the safest way to go!
Do you carry glass bottles?
Yes, we do offer glass bottles in 3 Gallon & 5 Gallon Sizes. Virtually all bottled water (of the 5-gallon variety delivered to people’s homes and offices) is packaged in returnable polycarbonate containers that are washed, sanitized and rinsed after every use. If you are concerned about plastics leaching into the water then glass is for you. Any kind of plastic is susceptible to leaching into the water. Polycarbonate is a much harder plastic than HDPE, therefore the leach rates are much lower. The only container that doesn't leach anything into the water is glass. Please note that the cost of glass bottles and delivery is going to be much higher due to the bottles being much more costly, breakable and additional weight of the bottles. If you would like glass bottles let us know and we will work with you.
